German director Franz Böhm, who is currently living and working in the UK, started an initiative for storytelling: The Royal Navy is in need of stories they can tell to children while long waiting processes at border and paper controls, so he is being reported by a soldier he is in close contact with. Many children don’t really have anything to do while their parents are involved in those processes. Often they ask soldiers on the ground to entertain them.
As our network is big and full of creative storytellers, feel free to share a children suitable short story in English, Ukrainian or Russian.
