There are five specialized therapy centers (outpatient clinics) in Switzerland. Refugees who have been traumatized by torture, war or displacement can find psychotherapeutic and psychosocial counselling, treatment und support in this clinics.

Ukrainians who arrive in Switzerland and need accommodation or any other information can go to or contact the Federal Asylum Centres (FAC) with 24 hours Hotlines. The Swiss Federal Council decided to grant all Ukrainian refugees ‘protection status S’ for their temporary stay in Switzerland. To obtain this status, you also have to register at a federal asylum centre. However, you do not have to do so straight away – you have up to 90 days to do so.
