A Ukrainian woman was operated on for cancer, a Nigerian student from Ukraine enrolled in a Bucharest university and a Ukrainian mother with three children managed to rent an apartment in Bucharest as well. The REGINA MARIA network offers free primary medicine services for Ukrainian refugees. The range of care provided to them includes comprehensive polyclinic and imaging services, as well as laboratory analysis, PCR testing, and psycho-emotional counseling.

The “Dăruieşte Aripi” association is a National Contact Point of Child Care International and represents Romania in the endeavors through which non governmental organizations in Europe contribute to saving Ukrainian children with cancer. “Dăruieşte Aripi” together with the Romanian Society of Pediatric Onco-Hematology (S.R.O.H.P.) implemented a national service of reception and distribution towards specialized centers, for children with cancer from Ukraine. Currently they are working with 6 centers of pediatric onco-hematology from Bucharest, Cluj, Timişoara and Iaşi.
