“Teleşcoala” is a program that is on TVR 2 (The Romanian Television) witch helps schoolchildren and high school students with information related to school subjects. The program starting on May 6 will include a new topic specially created for Ukrainian children: “Romanian language for Ukrainians” starting with level A1. The courses are, of course, also valid for adults. He as a long wheel based high roof top Fiat Ducato that has been converted into a camper van but still has capacity for cargo. The car can be used for getting cargo in Ukraine and getting people out. Tampere University supports students arriving from Ukraine

Tampere University offers study opportunities to degree students who arrive in Finland due to the humanitarian crisis caused by the war in Ukraine. The University grants rights to study in Open University and non-degree courses.Students who obtain a right to study are exempt from tuition fees. Moreover, researchers can apply for fixed-term Postdoctoral Research Fellow posts. Tampere University’s English-language studies are aimed at bachelor’s and master’s level students whose studies have been interrupted at a Ukrainian higher education institution. Applications will be processed until the end of 2022. The rights to study will be granted until 31 July 2023.

Aalto University in Helsinki supports students and researchers arriving from Ukraine

The Finnish Refugee Advice Centre is a non-governmental organisation founded in 1988 by other Aalto University offers scholars fleeing from Ukraine a possibility to continue their academic work at Aalto University during the war in Ukraine.Aalto accepts applications for temporary visiting scholar positions in Aalto’s research fields (ca 20 positions) from researchers working in Ukraine based universities whose work has been interrupted by the war, and who are fleeing from Ukraine.Aalto University also offers study rights without fees and with scholarships to Ukraine’s university students – applications are now closed but may be reopened in May.

The University of the Arts Berlin offers refugee Ukrainians the opportunity to register as guest students free of charge and to participate in courses during the current summer semester. Free education, meals, and counselling for Ukrainian veterinary students in Zagreb

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Zagreb announced that it is offering Ukrainian veterinary students the chance to continue their studies for free in either English or Croatian. Alternatively, they can complete parts of their studies at Zagreb’s veterinary faculty as part of a student exchange programme. Besides helping refugees access and continue their education, the faculty will also allow students to complete clinical practice and work at its clinics. Furthermore, it will provide students in need of assistance with both academic and psychological counselling.

Free Schooling Is Available in Tbilisi

Free schooling is available in Tbilisi, Georgia. Newton Free School welcomes students from Ukraine! Ukrainian students can study at Newton with no tuition fee in the current academic year.  Newton Free School offers IB programme taught in English for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders.Although the language of instruction in grades I-VIII is Georgian in the school, depending on the number of applicants, the board of directors considers opening up new English-speaking groups.
